More stores offer gluten-free selections
Grocery stores in Connecticut are adding new lines of gluten-free foods, creating what David Colomb of Price Chopper calls "celiac supercenters." Shop Rite owner Paul Tornaquindici also caters to those with gluten allergies but says it is not for sales as much as it is out of a sense of community. Full Story
